Grocery haul #2

Hi Guys

Just wanted to let you know that I just added a new Video on my YouTube channel.

It is a grocery haul where I filmed everything that I bought after I got home from the store. I had fun filming it, but when editing I realized that I’m not so good at looking into the Camera. I will fix that next time when I make a talking Video.

Here it is. Everything mentioned is listed below the Video.

I hope this gives you some ideas of what I eat.

Until next time ❤

P.S. I’ve changed all my social media logos. Go check it out.

Garlic bread two ways

Hi everyone

I can feel the fall spirit coming, I’m madly in love with all the good veggies we are getting here up in the north right now.  We have eaten so many florets of Icelandic broccoli and carrots and potatoes and…

For the last 4-6 week I have been loving garlic bread and to have garlic butter on hand, it makes live so much more flavourful and fun.

Today I’m going to share with you my garlic butter and my two favourite ways to use it. I did make a video so you can see how I do it. But here is the recipe for the garlic butter.

Screen Shot 2015-09-04 at 14.54.20

Recipe makes 100 gr of garlic butter:

100 gr vegan butter

2 garlic cloves

1/2 Tbsp oregano

1 Tbsp parsley

dash of salt.

Stir everything together. I like to use a fork, but you can use what every feels best to you.

Of course you need to have nutritional yeast on hand to drizzle on top.

I hope you try this recipe

Until next time ❤

Basil pesto |Vegan, nut free

Hello everyone

Already one year since I started this blog. Unbelievable .

Do you love joe and the juice sandwiches? they are so good. I’ve made my own, it is made with this pesto, but like says in the title, without the cheese and without the nuts.

Take you favorite bread, spread pesto on both slices, add avocado slices, tomato slices. If you have a favorite vegan cheese you can add that to. Put in a Panini press or a sandwich press for couple of minutes. It’s ready.

Recipe for pesto

Basil About 100 gr (3-4 handfuls)

Garlic 2 cloves

Sunflower seeds 1/2 cup

Nutritional yeast 2 Tbsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Olive oil have on hand 1 cup you might not need it all.

Mix until everything is well combined. If you like your pesto a bit rough you can mix less.

Thanks so much for all your support for this first year of OneTwoEat.com. If you like what you see please share the recipes so we can find more people who like my blog. I’m so thankful.

Thank you all my followers and thank you new followers.

You can see the video for this pesto here

Hope you try this

Until next time ❤

Asian inspired potato salad |Vegan

Hello my beautiful followers.

Today at lunch time I made this amazing asian inspired potato salad. It is very easy and with so much flavour.

The Icelandic local potatoes are arriving to the stores. So when Dóri went to the grocery store yesterday he bought some of the “specially picked” potatoes. They are so good.
