Banana bread

Well well, another month has passed. Trying to get back on track is difficult for me right now. But I am not going to let a whole month pass between blogs. I’ve not been very active in the kitchen the last couple of weeks, school started, and my older baby started first grade this september. I just can’t believe how fast time goes around here.

This is a perfect treat to put in the lunch box. Both for you and your kids.


Recipe is for 1 loaf

1 Chia egg

75 g Sugar

75 g brown sugar

2 ripe bananas

100 ml oat milk

250 g plain flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Start by making the chia egg, and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Then mash-up your bananas. Add oat milk. Next mix the sugar with the wet mixture. Last add dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

If you want to you can add chocolate chips of a more cake like banana bread. I made two loafs one with chocolate and one with out. Both taste amazing!

Bake in a 180°C oven for 45-50 minutes. Keep your eye on it ’cause ovens can be different.

Spicy Edamame beans

Hi guys.

So as I said before I’m starting the new year with a recipe video.

This is one of our family favorites. The kids love this probably cause it’s so much fun to eat. You have to get the bean out of its pod with your teeth so you get all the good flavours you add in to the skillet.
