Turmeric Quinoa Salad

Hello everyone !

Long time no see 🙂

I have been both busy in school, summer work and on other projects since my last blog.

I hope you’ve been good since last time.

I am very happy to come back with a fresh summer quinoa salad.

It’s already up on my YouTube channel.


The recipe is very simple

1 cup dry quinoa

3 cups water

1/2 veggie cube

1/2 Tbsp Curry mix

1/2 Tbsp Turmeric

Mix of vegetables that you have in your fridge. I used green and red bell peppers, leek and broccoli.

Drizzle of olive oil

2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste.
