My classmates and I went to a hot yoga class today that one of the girl in the class was teaching, it was amazingly good. When I came home I made this Yummy smoothie for me and the kids.
I shared it on my Instagram and I wanted to share it with you too. (sorry for a bad quality photo)
10 fresh strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
6-7 fresh blackberries
1 cup of almond milk
Put everything into a blender and mix well.
