If you have watched my July favorites you know that I made a new pesto recipe while we were on holiday cause Dóri’s sister has allergies to nuts.
So I made a video on that pesto and also I made a Basil pesto recipe that will be up later this week or early next week.
This is almost the same recipe as this one but with out nuts. This was everyone’s favorite the whole trip. I don’t even know how many badges I made of this. I had to make an extra badges right before I left so everyone could have pesto when we were gone.
Here’s the recipe.
Sun dried tomatoes, 100 gr
Garlic, 1-2 clove
Fresh Basil, hand full
Balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp
Agave/maple syrup , 1 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, about 3/4 cup or 2 dl
Salt, 1 tsp
Sunflower seeds, about 80 gr I always just add a handful.
